2.3 Lifetime access to the purchased course is granted unless otherwise stated.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Payments and Pricing
5.1 The price of the course is 150 USD.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before access is granted.
5.3 No installment plans or subscriptions are offered.
6. Refund Policy (EU Compliance)
6.1 Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union and Germany.
6.2 By purchasing digital content, the User acknowledges that access to the course may begin immediately after purchase.
6.3 Where applicable under EU law, the User may waive the right of withdrawal by accessing the digital content.
6.4 Once access to the course has been granted and used, refunds may be restricted as permitted by law. In particular, no refunds will be granted once the User has accessed a substantial portion of the digital content.
6.5 Where required by applicable law, explicit consent may be requested from the User prior to accessing digital content.
6.6 Before completing the purchase, the User may be required to explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal where applicable.

7.3.5 Sharing course materials in messaging apps, online communities, or third-party platforms.
7.4 Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
7.5 The Company reserves the right to monitor access patterns, including IP address and device usage, to detect unauthorized sharing or misuse of the Services.
7.6 In case of suspected unauthorized distribution, account sharing, or content copying, the Company reserves the right to:
7.6.1 Immediately suspend or terminate access to the Services without refund;
7.6.2 Restrict access to specific content;
7.6.3 Take legal action where appropriate.
